The hotel had a nice location with easy access to dining options, and the staff was friendly and helpful. However, I encountered maintenance issues like poor water pressure and a missing bathroom light, which made for an inconvenient experience overall.

Enjoyed my recent stay, especially the well-kept indoor pool and the inviting jacuzzi for some evening relaxation. The breakfast spread was pretty great for starting the day, although the AC in the room got a bit noisy at times. Overall, a nice experience, just a little update on the decor would go a long way! 😄

The lobby had such a warm charm, like being greeted by an old friend at a cozy café. It was accessible and made moving around feel stress-free, which is important for us seniors who love a more laid-back experience.
More comfortable seating in common areas would help.

The rooms were very clean, which made my stay more comfortable. The breakfast options were varied and provided a great start to my day. Furthermore, the location was convenient for what I needed to do during my visit. I enjoyed the friendly staff who were eager to help us with our questions.
The service at the front desk was subpar.

The kids loved the colorful decor in the lobby, which kept them entertained as we checked in. Fresh cookies were waiting for us, adding a sweet touch.
Our excitement quickly faded when we found out the pool was out of order. The room was also in need of serious repairs and cleanliness.

missingWrote a review on Nov 22friendly staffwarm breakfast
The staff was friendly and breakfast was always warm & tasty. One morning, I woke up late and they even held the breakfast for an extra 15 min just for me!
It wasn’t cheap, but you get what you pay for in a way.

We had a lovely time staying here, especially enjoying the spacious Queen Suite and the delicious breakfast spread each morning. My kids loved the heated swimming pool and the jacuzzi after a long day of exploring. The only bummer was that the dining area felt a bit cramped during peak hours, but it didn’t take away from our fun! 🙂

The King Suite with Spa Bath was surprisingly spacious and impeccably clean, making for a comfortable stay. Access to local attractions was convenient and finding the hotel was easy off the interstate. However, the communal dining area felt cramped during breakfast, leading to a less than ideal experience. While the staff were pleasant, I noticed some wait times that could be improved. Overall, worth it for the price and quality.

The room was spacious and had a decent layout, which made it easy to settle in. The employees at the front desk were friendly and always greeted me with a smile. I appreciated the complimentary breakfast options, especially the warm items that helped start my day right. However, I had several issues during my stay. The shower didn't seem to work properly, and there was a strange smell in the room. I noticed mold around the windows, and housekeeping was often in the way with their carts cluttering the halls. The parking situation wasn’t great either, with limited spaces during busy hours. These issues impacted the overall experience, leaving me feeling frustrated at times. The potential is there, but significant improvements are needed.

Our group had a great time! We visited the Michigan Women's Historical Center for a fun history lesson and spent time at the Impression 5 Science Center, which was packed with hands-on activities. Breakfast was a highlight with warm options, so start your day early! The staff were friendly and always available. I recommend checking out the pool for some relaxation.
We had a minor hiccup with the WiFi being spotty during our stay, which made it tough to stay connected. However, we managed to enjoy our time regardless.
